📦 Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Once an order is received, we purchase the item from our supplier and prepare it for shipment.

Shipping Time:
We ship orders internationally using reliable courier services.
Delivery usually takes between 15–20 business days depending on the destination country.

Shipping Locations:
We primarily ship to Gulf countries and other international destinations.

Pre-Order System:
Please note that we operate on a made-to-order (pre-order) basis. Products are not held in inventory and are ordered from our supplier after a customer makes a purchase.

Delays:
Some delays may occur during high order volume periods or due to payment processing issues. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the delivery status.

📦 سياسة الشحن

مدة تجهيز الطلبات:
يتم تجهيز جميع الطلبات خلال 3 إلى 5 أيام عمل. بعد استلام الطلب، نقوم بشراء المنتج من المورد وتجهيزه للشحن.

مدة الشحن:
نقوم بالشحن الدولي باستخدام شركات شحن موثوقة.
عادةً ما تستغرق عملية التوصيل بين 15 إلى 20 يوم عمل حسب وجهة الشحن.

مناطق الشحن:
نقوم بالشحن بشكل أساسي إلى دول الخليج وبعض الدول الأخرى.

نظام الطلب المسبق:
يرجى ملاحظة أن عملنا قائم على نظام الطلب المسبق، أي أننا لا نحتفظ بمخزون جاهز، بل نقوم بطلب المنتج من المورد بعد إتمام عملية الشراء من قبل العميل.

احتمالية التأخير:
قد تحدث بعض التأخيرات في فترات الضغط أو عند وجود مشكلات في عمليات الدفع. نشكركم على تفهمكم وصبركم.

أرقام التتبع:
بمجرد شحن الطلب، سيتم إرسال رقم التتبع إلى بريدكم الإلكتروني لتتبع حالة التوصيل.
